Terms & Conditions – Bubble Buddies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By  accessing  or  using  the  Bubble  Buddies  mobile  application,  you  agree  to  be  bound  by  these  Terms  & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the app.

2. Description of Service

Bubble  Buddies  is  a  platform  that  connects  service  providers  with  customers.  Customers  can  search  for services,  compare  options,  make  bookings,  and  pay  online  or  in  cash.  Service  providers  can  register, manage their listings, accept payments, and handle appointments.

3. Account Registration

You  must  be  at  least  18  years  old  to  create  an  account.  You  agree  to  provide  accurate  and  complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation.

4. Subscription Services

We  offer  optional  monthly  or  yearly  subscription  plans.  Subscriptions  are  auto-renewed  unless  canceled before the renewal date. Users may cancel anytime from their account settings.

5. Payments and Fees

Customers agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, which may include a booking platform fee.

Service providers will receive payments through their designated channels, minus applicable service fees.

6. Booking and Cancellations

Bookings  can  be  accepted,  declined,  or  rescheduled  by  service  providers.  Cancellation  policies  may  vary depending on the provider. Users are encouraged to review details before booking.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation or provider approval. Platform service fees may be non-refundable.

8. User Conduct

Users  must  not  misuse  the  app,  including  posting  false  information,  spamming,  or  engaging  in  unlawful activities. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

9. Platform Rights

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms periodically, with notice provided via email or in-app.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bubble  Buddies  is  a  booking  facilitator  and  not  the  direct  provider  of  services.  We  are  not  liable  for  the actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers.
